April 9, 2019 in the assembly hall of Kamyshin Textile LLC a meeting of the Industry Development Council was held, the main topic of which was the issues of building effective interaction between business and government for the implementation of priority regional and national projects.
The meeting under the leadership of the Governor of the Volgograd region Andrei Bocharov was attended by the Head of the City District - the city of Kamyshin Stanislav Zinchenko, the Deputy Governor of the Volgograd Region - the Chairman of the Industry and Trade Committee of the Volgograd Region Roman Bekov, the head of the Volga Region Railway - a branch of the Russian Railways Sergey Almeev, managers and owners of leading production sites of the Volgograd region, representatives of the scientific community.
The head of the region stressed that the results of 2018 and the beginning of 2019 show the strengthening of the trends of stable development and growth of the industrial complex. “For five years, the volume of industrial production has almost doubled and for the first time exceeded a trillion rubles. At the same time, not only the value indicator is growing, but also the volume of industrial production in physical terms, ”the Governor emphasized.
Today during the meeting it was noted that the support of the region allowed to change the situation at once in the three Kamyshin town-forming enterprises. After a serious crisis, the Kamyshinsky Crane Works team for the first time in the last decades mastered the production of new - import-substituting - products. The special equipment of the crane factory is being developed using innovative materials and methods based on the computer simulation method used to build airplanes and ships - new models of truck cranes (KS-5576K, KS-5576D, KS-65740-5) were presented today to Andrei Bocharov and participants of the meeting Industry Development Board. Over the past four years, the obsolete production of Forge LLC, which was on the verge of closure, has been brought to the world level. The company has completed a large-scale modernization program for the production of stamped blanks for the oil and gas industry and railway transport, having mastered 1.5 billion rubles. In addition, over the past five years, about a half billion rubles has been invested in the development of Kamyshinsky Textile LLC, the amount of state support was 220 million rubles. Technical re-equipment has become the next stage of the priority project for the Southern Federal District of the investment project Kamyshinsky Textile LLC for the creation of a modern full-cycle enterprise - from the processing of cotton raw materials to the production of finished products.
To date, in the Volgograd region, within the national framework, priority regional projects have been approved for the growth of non-primary exports, digitalization of production, and increase in labor productivity. Industrialists of the region conduct foreign trade with partners from 100 countries of the world. In 2018, non-energy non-energy exports grew by 31% to $ 1.3 billion. Over the past two years, 20 industrial enterprises of the machine-building complex, the metallurgical, construction and chemical industries received about a billion rubles of state support in the form of subsidies for product certification, transportation, and participation in international exhibitions. Continuing joint work with universities, colleges and industrial enterprises on training.
At the end of the meeting, Andrei Bocharov stressed that the work being done to increase production efficiency, labor productivity will continue - the result should be a further increase in wages and real incomes of residents. In order to build more efficient work by the Governor, the economic unit has been set a number of tasks related to improving the business support system; synchronization of enterprise development programs and regional projects; providing conditions for increasing exports and modernizing enterprises, effectively developing industrial infrastructure, and actively participating in national projects.
