— October 3, 2019

Today, October 3, a congratulatory letter was sent to the address of the Director General of Kamyshin Textile LLC Alexander Borisenko.

Dear Alexander Alexandrovich!

Congratulations to the laureates on joining the jubilee XX release of the TOP-1000 Russian Managers rating according to the version of the Association of Managers and the Kommersant Publishing House, which was published today in the Kommersant newspaper (

We hope that you, as professionals recognized by the management community, will be a guide in the wake of career success for a new generation of managers who are ready to take the best from the experience of business leaders.

The first numbers from the rating for each industry will be able to get on the short list of the best by profession. The winners will be announced on November 7 at the awarding ceremony of the winners of the “TOP-1000 Russian Managers” ...

At the end of the letter, Alexander Borisenko was invited to the award ceremony, which will be held at the Helikon Opera Moscow Theater.

We add that among the business leaders this year were named: the president of LUKOIL Vagit Alikperov, the chairman of the board of GAZPROM Alexey Miller, the general director of the Yandex group of companies Arkady Volozh, the founder of Telegram Pavel Durov and others.

Today, Kamyshinsky Textile LLC produces cotton yarn that meets Belcoro® quality standards, severe calico (100% cotton), and offers a wide range of bedding and accessories. The company is implementing an investment project worth 4.5 billion rubles.

The production cycle is as automated as possible and proceeds under constant control of product quality. All products of Kamyshinsky Textile LLC are certified, fully complies with both the requirements of Russian GOSTs and international quality standards.

The newspaper Kommersant published the following commentary on the current rating:

“The update coefficient of the Top 1000 participants has reached a historic low.

The Association of Managers and Kommersant Publishing House present the annual, this time anniversary — 20th — rating of the “Top 1000 Russian Managers”. The main conclusion of the current year: the rotation in the lists of leading managers slowed down significantly, the managerial staff became less inclined to nominate new bright figures. This year, the Top 1000 update rate was 38%. This is a historical minimum. In the context of near-zero economic growth, this is almost expected. ”

Nevertheless, even with such a minimal update (for example, the founder of the Magnit network Sergey Galitsky who lost control of this business by selling part of VTB shares) dropped out of the rating, new names appear in the rating. I am glad that among them is Alexander Borisenko, Director General of Kamyshinsky Textile LLC.

Note: The TOP-1000 Russian Managers rating has been held annually since 2001 and is a recognized and effective tool for assessing the professional reputation of Russian top managers. The final tables are published on the pages of the federal circulation of Kommersant daily in September of each year. The results of the rating are of constant interest among representatives of the business community and relevant government departments, and serve as a guide for the business community.
